TICKET PURCHASE INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Select the number of tickets required below.
2. Provide all required details including each Child's name and Class (e.g. John Smith / Y1) and confirm if child is allowed a Drink/Rich Tea Biscuit and/or Sweets from the DJ. It is important you include your Child's Class so that we can ensure they are allocated to the correct sign in form.
3. Complete payment - your email receipt is your ticket.
If your child is at Base after school on this date, please note Base may not have capacity for staff to change any children out of school uniform and therefore you will need to speak with Base staff and consider making other arrangements if needed.

ON THE DAY OF THE EVENT:
Please drop children off at the main entrance to be signed in. It will not be possible for parents/carers to stay at the venue. At the end of the disco, please wait outside the school hall where your child will be released by a teacher/PTFA Committee member. Please note, if your child is being collected by another person, we must receive notice prior to drop off. Children cannot be released without prior consent.
Please note that the disco uses strobe lighting and a variety of sweets are handed out by the DJ.
The disco is for pupils of George Fentham Endowed School only. Apologies but we cannot accommodate nursery children at this event.
