Project Playground
Our current fundraising priority is to raise around £30,000 to develop the school's playgrounds to create exciting play spaces with activities, games and play equipment to enhance the enjoyment and experience of children at school. By Summer 2012, we have raised..........over £6,000!!!
We have now had a number of companies visit school and draw up exciting plans to make the playground area more inviting and attractive. Our chosen supplier is Schoolscapes and we would welcome you to view the range of equipment and facilities that this company has to offer.
We anticipate that there will be three phases to the project. Phase 1 has been agreed in conjunction with our children, teachers and Solihull School Co-ordinator who wanted to ensure the area offered best use of space and a better area for sports. For phases 2 and 3, we really need your input.

As you will see, phase 2 encompasses an outdoor classroom with a sun shelter but there are many options to choose from and we want to make sure that we get it right. Phase 3 will focus on interactive facilities, seating, a friendship area as well as active an imaginative play equipment.
