TICKET PURCHASE INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Select the number of tickets required below.
2. Provide all required details including each Child's name and Class (e.g. John Smith / Y1) and confirm if child is allowed a Drink/Rich Tea Biscuit and/or Sweets from the DJ. It is important you include your Child's Class.
3. Complete payment - your email receipt is your ticket.
Please note that it is optional if your child would like to dress up as a Rockstar.
If your child is at Base after school on this date, please note there will be no capacity for Base staff to change any children out of school uniform and therefore you will need to make other arrangements if needed.

The disco is for pupils of George Fentham Endowed School only. Apologies but we cannot accommodate nursery children at this event.
